Owner, Angus Peterkin, a native of Ottawa and lifelong ice hockey player, has been involved as a board member, coach and proud supporter of Quaker Valley Hockey for over 10 years. Both of his sons have played ice hockey and lacrosse for Quaker Valley from freshmen to varsity level.
Azul Bar y Cantina is a supporter and employer of graduates from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Our Executive Chef and Partner, Chef Steve, is an Art Institute grad. Other graduates have been involved at Azul as well — John Ross painted our beautiful murals while Rick Bach designed our logo, signs, and other decorative elements.
Azul Bar y Cantina has employed local college students over the years including many from Robert Morris University. We always accept applications.
