Azul’s Chef Steve can often be found digging in the bins at local markets, gently squeezing here and there to find the perfect avocados for his delicious guacamole. Not only does this amazing fruit (yes, avocado is officially a fruit, not a vegetable) add a delicious, creamy flavor to dishes, but it contributes “good fats,” along with nearly 20 vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients to a healthy diet.

Azul Bar y Cantina is open for lunch Monday-Saturday. We feature a smaller menu with portion sizes that are perfect for midday. Business meeting? Ask about one of our private rooms. In a hurry? Just give us a call and we’ll have your order ready to go when you are.
Our chef prepares this special dish with sautéed button and portabella mushrooms, along with tender shallots in a fresh masa turnover garnished with salsa verde and served with rice, choice of beans and Mexican grilled corn. $14
